How will the conference take place?
The 15th Alma Mater Europaea conference will take place online, with an on-site plenary session in Maribor, Slovenia.
Links for each section of the International Scholarly Conference will be published on the conference website, where all participants will be able to follow the conference’s live stream.
What is the registration fee for the conference?
There is no registration fee for participation.
Where and how do I submit the abstract of the paper?
The paper’s abstract must be submitted by clicking on submit abstract.
When signed in, select the Submissions: Make Submission menu, look over the form to ensure you have all requested information, fill it out, and click the Make Submission button.

What information must be provided when submitting the abstract?
To successfully submit an abstract, please specify:
- Title of the paper (in English)
- Author’s data (organization, country, and Email address)
- Area covered by the paper:

Do I receive a confirmation after abstract submission?
You will receive a system message by email confirming that the abstract has been successfully submitted together with the corresponding number (contribution ID). You can also edit your entry by visiting the website https://submission.almamater.si/ and signing in.
Where is the guide for authors for preparing a paper?
Instructions for preparing a paper for the conference can be found under Author Guidelines.
Is the submission of a full paper mandatory for all presenters?
No. A participating author may choose to submit and present an abstract without submitting a full paper.
Is there any limit on the number of abstracts/papers one person may submit as one of the authors or the only author?
Yes, submissions are limited to two abstracts/papers per person.
How do I register for the conference?
Only participants who intend to present their papers must register under submit abstract.
Registration for other participants will be available soon.
Where and how do I submit a full paper?
Full papers must be submitted on the Submissions website.
You may upload files for an existing submission under Submissions: My Submissions by clicking the submission title then the Upload File button on the submission detail page.
