Insights into Muscle Health: Advancements in Sarcopenia Research

Muscle mass and strength decline is a pressing problem in treating older adults. Through the findings of a national and international project, we will present the latest findings in detecting early signs of sarcopenia. Physiotherapy treatment of such patients and the possibilities of e-education in this area will also be presented.

Neuroscience of Movement:

We will deal with pressing topics in the field of neurophysiology. We are interested in their applicative value in connection with the latest technology. The section will present technologies that are currently used in the gaming world (e.g., virtual reality (VR)) and, due to their technological capabilities and affordability, represent a revolution in the field of (neuro)rehabilitation as well.

Physiotherapy treatment of such patients and the possibilities of e-education in this area will also be presented.
